Hi, my family and I are planning on visiting Disney World this year for the first time and we would like a 2-bedroom suite/villa. I'm a little overwhelmed with all the different choices and also when would be the most appropriate time to visit..

    Hi Ameera,

Don't feel overwhelmed!  The Moms Panel is here to help.  Thanks for posting your question.

You have some extraordinary choices when it comes to two-bedroom villas at Walt Disney World.  I'll narrow it down to two for you, if you like.  If you have young children and want to be close to the Magic Kingdom, book a room at the Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge.  This gorgeous resort is themed after the National Park Service lodges of a century ago.  It's a rustic, fun, and engaging resort and it's only a four-minute bus ride or an enchanting boat ride to the Magic Kingdom.

If your children are older and you'd rather be close to two theme parks with extraordinary thrill rides, then choose a two-bedroom villa at Disney's Beach Club Villas.  Adults also enjoy this charming beach-themed resort because it is in such close proximity to quite a few spectacular restaurants.

As for when you should visit, I recommend that you plan your visit trip to Walt Disney World when the crowd levels are moderate and the temperatures are warm, but not overly hot and oppressive.  Consider early spring (March) or mid-fall (October).  While any time of year is a great time to visit Walt Disney World, these two months are particularly alluring because of the beautiful festivals (Flower & Garden in the spring, Food & Wine in the fall) going on at Epcot.

If you need any help choosing theme park tickets or Disney dining options, Ameera, don't hesitate to post a follow-up question.  We'd be delighted to assist you with any aspect of your trip planning.

    Best wishes,
    Jill
