    Hi, Stormy!

    Congratulations on the upcoming arrival of your little prince or princess! I’m so glad to hear you’re planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. I made trips to Disney Parks through the eighth month of my pregnancy and enjoyed every minute!

    I believe the only reserved parking spaces at the resort are for vehicles with a valid permanent or temporary disabled person parking placard. If you’re concerned about your mobility or endurance while exploring the theme parks as an expectant mother, keep in mind that you can rent a wheelchair or Electronic Convenience Vehicle (ECV) at any of the four theme parks or Downtown Disney on a first-come, first-served basis. However, the ECV and wheelchair rentals are only for use in the park where they are rented, so they cannot be transferred from park to park or to the Downtown Disney area. 

    In addition to ECV and wheelchair rental locations throughout Walt Disney World, a number of local private companies also offer rentals, and these can be moved between the parks and resort hotels throughout your stay. More information about ECV and wheelchair policies, including a list of local rental companies and where ECVs can be obtained for rent inside the theme parks, is available on the Walt Disney World website.
