My family and I are planning to visit the last week in april in 2010. Im trying to miss the spring break crowds. Are kids will be 4 and 2 so im hopeing to miss the summer break also.Is this a good week?

Hi Ronald,

I think you planned it right. Almost all colleges have their spring breaks mid to late March. Kindergarten through 12th grades schools have their breaks between the 2nd week of March through the third week of April.

There are also some public schools that have year-round schedules. These children get a few 2-3 week vacations per year, but I'm not sure when.

If you are sensitive to crowds, I would recommend staying away from the Magic Kingdom on the weekends if possible. That time of the year will attract local families who take day or weekend trips.
