My family and I are planning to visit Disneyworld for Easter 2012. Are church services being offered? When and Where? Also, wanted to do something special for breakfast afterwards. Any ideas?

    Hi Stacey,

As has been the case in past years, Easter services will be offered several times at Disney's Contemporary Resort on the morning of Sunday, April 8, 2012.  Typically these services are held in the Fantasia Ballroom at the Convention Center there.  Both Catholic mass and Protestant services will be held.  The exact times for the services have not yet been announced but if you call the switchboard at Disney's Contemporary Resort in late March or early April, they will be able to give you the exact times for the services.  Their number is (407) 824-1000.

Of course, a buffet at Chef Mickey's on the fourth floor of Disney's Contemporary Resort would be a fun place to have breakfast on Easter.  1900 Park Fare in Disney's Grand Floridian Resort is another extensive buffet served to guests amidst the Victorian splendor of Walt Disney World's flagship resort.  My personal favorite would be to have breakfast at Kona Cafe on the second floor of the Great Ceremonial House in Disney's Polynesian Resort.  Whichever of these monorail line restaurants you choose, I highly recommend that you call (407) WDW-DINE today to make advance dining reservations as I imagine many guests will be looking to dine somewhere special on Easter morning.

Have a beautiful Easter celebration at Walt Disney World!
