My Family is planning our vacation for 4/7/2013 - 4/12/2013. Will the weather be warm enough to take advantage of one of the waterparks?

    Hi Curt!

Chances are quite good that the weather will be favourable for a visit to one of the fabulous Disney Water Parks during your April visit! Generally, the highs in April range from about 70 degrees up into the mid 80's. Add a bit of central Florida humidity to those temps and you've easily got a great day for some splish-splashin' fun!

My family loves both of the Disney Water Parks at almost any time of year! Try visiting on a weekday rather than weekend, to ensure that queue times for the slides will be lower than usual. Our favourite water park to visit if we only have time for one, is Typhoon Lagoon. With it's huge wave pool, the amazing Crush 'n' Gusher water coaster, a snorkeling reef and so much more ... it's a guaranteed day of thrills for the whole family.

Equally fun are the icy slopes of Disney's Blizzard Beach. Pile the whole family into a raft at Teamboat Springs, race one another on the Toboggan Racers or ride the Chair Lift up to challenge Summit Plummet if you dare!

If you'd like more information on the Water Parks at Walt Disney World, or have additional questions about your upcoming vacation, please write me back. I'd love to hear from you again and would be pleased to share any tips and recommendations you need to make the most of your family's trip.

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel Curt!
Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
