Hi Shauna,
The first 3 places that came to mind for me that are unique and yet delicious would be:
1)
Teppan Edo in Japan (Epcot). Watching the chefs stir-fry in front of you is a lot of fun. While they do serve shrimp, you can note the allergy on your reservation and have your food prepared separately.
2)
'Ohana at the Polynesian Resort is a lot of fun. The kids participate in coconut rolling contests, learn to limbo and hula dance. The food is cooked over an 18 foot oak-fire pit. If my memory serves me correctly, one of the appetizers has shrimp, but again, you just need to note the allergy on your reservation.
3)
Boma- Flavors of Africa in the Animal Kingdom Lodge. This fantastic buffet offers a great selection of food, with an African flair. My family considers Boma a "must do" on all of our Disney World vacations.
Hope this helps and have a wonderful vacation,
Kaylene
