My family is planning a trip to WDW March 2012. We will be staying at Coronado Springs because I am attending a conference there. Where is the best location to stay on the resort with a 2 yo? Is it possible to get 2 connecting rooms?

    Hi, Erika!

The Coronado Springs is a convention center, built on a sprawling campus of lush greenery and foliage. The main building - where you'll check in - is also host to the Pepper Market food court.

The pool and the "Dig Site" playground are located on the other side of Lago Dorado, the Resort's lake.

To be most central between dining and entertainment for the little one, I'd recommend The Cabanas, a section located roughly between the two landmarks. This will divide your walking equally and serve as a rest stop if you are heading back and forth from the food court to the pool multiple times a day. The other sections will be located either closer to the pool than the food court, or vice versa.

Buses make multiple stops around the loop of buildings, so you will not find yourself having to bring all o your gear very far. You will not be required to head to the main building to catch a bus when you are off to a Park.

Enjoy the incredible atmosphere of the Coronado Springs!

    See you later, celebrator!
