Our family is planning a trip to WDW on 10/11-10/18/13. Our last trip was in May of 2011, what new attractions should we plan to visit on our trip with children ages 6, 4, & 2. Also, what are the dates and info on MNSSHP?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Rachel!

I love traveling to Disney World in the fall! There is just something extra magical in the air. There have many been new additions and changes at Disney since your last trip. I recently answered a question for another Guest with a list of new attractions that you may find helpful too.

They have not yet released the dates for the 2013 Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween (MNSSHP) events. Typically, they release the dates and the tickets go on sale in the spring. Last year, tickets went on sale for the 2012 dates on May 1, 2012 so we may see an announcement any day now. Here's what I'd recommend: Keep your eyes on the Disney Parks Blog for an announcement. If you're on twitter, be sure to follow @DisneyParks and @WaltDisneyWorld. You may want to look out for #MNSSHP on twitter as well. You can also keep your eyes on the official Walt Disney World Facebook page. And of course, you're always welcome to check back with us.

Please feel free to visit us with all of your planning questions. We're hEAR to help!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison
