Ryann Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Hi there! My family and I are planning a trip to WDW in January. I know Epcot & Hollywood Studios offer fast passes on a tier level. Once you use all of your fast passes, can you pick another fast pass from a top tier level?

    Hi Ryann,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question!

Once you’ve used up all 3 of your advance FastPass+ selections at a single Theme Park, then you can absolutely choose to redeem your 4th selection in any Tier for which selections remain available.

The only restriction would be, for example, if you only chose to make 2 selections at Epcot that day (one in each tier), once those two are redeemed, a “top tier” selection won’t be available to you until you use and redeem a selection in the second tier. You would, however, be able to make your next FastPass+ selection for any attraction at another park, including Disney’s Hollywood Studios or Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park (both of which also have FastPass+ Tiers for their selections).

I hope my answer helps you better plan your visit to Walt Disney World Resort this January. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,
