Hi Jessica,
Congratulations on booking a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort - you're going to have so much fun!
Getting a head start on your planning is a great way to ensure that you get the most of your stay. As my family are international visitors, we normally book our trips at least 12 months in advance which allows plenty of time for planning and I truly believe that planning your trip is almost as much fun as the trip itself.
So, first things first, if you haven't done so already, you need to create a
My Disney Experience account where you can make profiles for your travel party, link your Resort hotel reservations & tickets and store all of your FastPass+ selections and Advance Dining Reservations.
Disney FastPass+ service lets you reserve access to select attractions, entertainment and more. With the purchase of a ticket or Annual Pass, you can start making selections as early as 30 days before you arrive, or up to 60 days before check-in when you have a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation. And the best part? There is no extra charge for this complimentary benefit.
Advance Dining Reservations can be made up to 180 days before check-in and if you will be staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you can make Advance Dining Reservations for the first 10 days of your stay at 180 days out.
In the meantime, might I suggest that you
Get Your Free Disney Parks Video. This can be viewed either online or DVD for U.S. households.
Wishing you a magical trip filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
Emma
