My family and I are planning a trip to Walt Disney World for later this year. We want to do single park tickets but we are wondering if they allow for park reentry if we want to leave midday for a break and return in the evening?

    Hi Skyla!

I'm so excited to help you get ready for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation later this year! You have picked a great time to visit Mickey because there are so many new things headed to the theme parks this year! With new hotels, transportation options, attractions and entertainment, 2019 is a great time to visit. Oh, and I didn't even mention the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disney's Hollywood Studios!

Standard Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets will allow you entry into one theme park on each admission day of your ticket. Your ticket will allow you to reenter the same theme park throughout the day if you wish to leave to enjoy some of the recreational activities throughout Walt Disney World Resort, visit Disney Springs or simply get a quick nap to have plenty of energy for nighttime entertainment.

Keep in mind that reentry is not guaranteed, so if you are visiting on an extremely busy day where a theme park closes to capacity, you may not be able to reenter. With large crowds expected at Disney's Hollywood Studios for the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, you will definitely want to take this into consideration when planning your vacation itinerary.

Let us know if we can help you with additional questions as you continue planning your trip! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
