    My family is planning a trip in November but will be doing a split stay (long story short) probably across 3 resorts. Do the resorts still offer a bell service that will transfer luggage between resorts?

    You’re as welcome as can be here at planDisney, Chris! So, let’s get to your question, shall we?

    I'm so excited to hear that you’ll be doing a split stay during your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Each hotel in the Disney Resorts Collection provides a unique experience, so how fabulous to get to enjoy THREE different resorts during your vacation. I must say, I’m more than a little jealous! But, never the less, I’m just so excited for you!

    To answer your question, Chris, the fabulous Cast Members on the Bell Services team at your will happily move your bags between resorts for you free of charge! How fabulous is that? All you'll need to do is bring your belongings down to Bell Services by 11 a.m. on the day you check out of each resort. Then, let the Cast Member know that you will be moving to another Disney Resorts Collection hotel, and they will give you a claim ticket to accept your bags at your next resort. And just like that, POOF, your bags will be waiting for you at your new “home” later that same day! Talk about Disney magic, am I right?

    One important thing I do want to mention is that the Bell Services team will not be able to move any perishable items between resorts. So, if you've ordered any food or snacks to your room, you would need to bring that over yourself.

    This is such an awesome service offered at Walt Disney World, and it’s all thanks to the fabulous Cast Members on the Bell Services team. Speaking of which, did you know that there is a super easy way to shout out Cast Members for their amazing work right in the My Disney Experience app? It's a great way to acknowledge the teams that help make each visit to Walt Disney World Resort so special. The best way to access this feature is to open the My Disney Experience app, open the menu by clicking the three stacked lines in the bottom right corner, and select "Cast Compliment." You can then choose from many reasons for recognition, enter the location where you interacted with the Cast Member, and even have the option to mention them by name! I can't wait for my next visit to be able to use this awesome feature to spread some love!
