My family is planning a trip for Nov. and would like to meet a couple of characters we haven't gotten autographs from yet. Is it possible to do this anywhere with Darth Vader, Jack Sparrow, and Genie? Also, will Izzy from Neverland Pirates be arriving? TIA

    Hi Jennifer,

In my experience, you can sometimes get Darth Vader autographs, but only during Star Wars weekends in the spring.

Jack Sparrow is often found in the Magic Kingdom near the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. Grab a copy of the free Times Guide when you enter the park for all details about when to find him there.

I have seen Genie in the parks, but only rarely. He is not part of the regular character repertoire. Finding him would be quite unusual.

We have gotten no word on Izzy, but the character line-up does change from time to time, so anything is possible.

My best advice to you is stop by any of the park guest relations offices when you get to Walt Disney World. Ask them to call the "character hotline" for you. The character hotline has the complete scoop about where and when every character appearance will be. You can go through your list of desired characters and they'll let you know if, where, and when they will be appearing at the time of your visit.

    Good luck!
