    Our family is planning a trip in Nov. of 2015, I know that's a long way off, but I was wondering, how and when do I reserve a 2 bedroom suite/villa at either the Wilderness Lodge or Bay Lake Towers? Obviously we are not DVC members. Thanks,

    I'm so excited for you and your family!!!  You have oodles of time to plan your 2015 Walt Disney World Resort vacation!!

    I just checked with a Cast Member and typically, you can book your vacations 440 days out from your check-in date.  As I'm sure you know, both Disney's Wilderness Lodge and Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort are very popular.  I would check for updates in 2014 just to ensure you are able to make reservations at the earliest possible date. 

    Disney Vacation Club Members can begin booking at their Home Resorts 11 months out so based on availability and the 440 day window, you are potentially able to book a cash reservation at the resorts you mentioned prior to DVC Members.  I have been told in the past that the villas are released for cash reservations at different times throughout the year so be sure to check back if you are not able to get your first choice when you first start calling in.
