    My family is planning our trip mid-May. We will be staying at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. We will not be arriving until close to midnight. What is the latest we can arrive to check-in at the resort?

    Hi Kelly!

    The Front Desks at all Walt Disney World Resort hotels are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  You'll find that there will be fewer Cast Members there than at 4 pm, but there will be someone there to take care of you!  We've checked in late a few times and not had any issues!

    Please enjoy Animal Kingdom Lodge--we absolutely LOVE it there--make sure you plan time to explore this exceptional resort!
