Our family is planning a trip to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort for middle of February 2017 - are the pools are heated for the winter months? We have a 4 year old and a 1 year old who will want to enjoy some pool time after our long drive to FL.

    Hi Jennifer,

Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Usually, the pools at the Disney’s Resorts are heated throughout the year to a uniform 82 degrees Fahrenheit. You can swim in warm water even when the outdoor temperature is chilly.  They are heated, but if it is cold or windy outside, bring lots of towels and a robe to the pool if you plan to swim. Kids don't care when they are in the water but they will when they get out and it’s freezing. I was never able to swim in February, I thought that was way to cool for my family.

    Have a magical vacation!
