Hey there, Anne, and welcome to planDisney!
Thanks so much for your question, and I'm sorry to hear about your daughter's situation. Hopefully a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth with the family is exactly what she needs right now!
The answer to your refund question will depend on a few factors, so let me walk you through what I know. Theme park tickets purchased through the Disneyland Resort are
generally non-refundable, but that doesn't necessarily mean you're out of options. Since your package was booked through a Good Neighbor Hotel, the specifics of what can be modified or refunded will really come down to the terms and conditions of that particular booking, and those can vary quite a bit depending on the hotel and the package type.
My first recommendation would be to contact the Good Neighbor Hotel directly to ask about their cancellation and modification policies for the package. They'll be able to tell you what's possible on the hotel side of things. From there, you'll also want to
reach out to a Cast Member at the Disneyland Resort Tickets line to discuss the ticket portion specifically.
If this is a
standard theme park ticket then there are no refunds available, but you are able to use this ticket for a future trip to the Disneyland Resort for a different person through the ticket's expiration date. If the ticket does expire, you should be able to apply the price of your current ticket toward the purchase of a ticket of equal or greater value. In other words, you can use this ticket (or apply it's value) for someone else in a future trip!
Thanks again for your question, Anne. I hope you have a great time on your upcoming visit to the Happiest Place on Earth.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
