My family and I are planning a trip to Disney WorId and will arrive on Tuesday of next week. I wanted to know if I can bring a handle for my go pro. The handle does not extend... it's just grip for the go-pro.

    Hi Heath!

I'm sure you must be over the moon excited about being at Walt Disney World Resort today!

It sounds like you are familiar with the Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules. Prohibited items include: "selfie sticks, hand-held extension poles for cameras or mobile devices..." However, I chatted with a Cast Member and stabilizers are permitted. Based on your description, it sounds like your grip is allowed in the theme parks. Upon arriving at the security entrance at each theme park, a Cast Member will take a look at the handle to ensure it fits within the guidelines.

As I'm sure you know, you will have plenty of photo and video opportunities when you are at Walt Disney World Resort. Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge opened on August 29, 2019, the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is August 29 - November 23, 2019, and Epcot Forever will debut today, October 1, 2019! I'm so excited for you!!!

Have a great day and a magical vacation!
