My family and I were planning a trip to Disney in June of 2020. I was a pass holder and I am now again a enchanted pass holder. They purchased two military park hopper tickets with max pass. Total $355.50 we could not redeem them.

    Hi Brithany, welcome to planDisney!

It sounds like your theme park tickets are expired. If that's correct, don't worry because you still have options! Per Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket. You can either visit the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booths or call the Disneyland Resort Ticket Line at 714-781-4636, and the amazing Cast Members can help you apply your tickets towards the purchase of new standard theme park tickets. Great news right?

And speaking of great news, have you heard? Many beloved experiences have returned to the Disneyland Resort! The traditional character meet and greets have returned, which means Mickey and all his Pals are ready to give out the best hugs and sign your autograph books! And many of the fantastic nighttime experiences are back as well! The Main Street Electrical Parade, Disneyland Forever fireworks, World of Color, and my personal favorite, Fantasmic! have all returned!

I hope you and your family can visit The Happiest Place on Earth!

    See ya real soon!
