Hi! My family is planning a trip to Disney in January to celebrate my daughter's third birthday. We're planning on Magic Kingdom, but are torn between Epcot and HS. She LOVES princesses right now, and is slightly over Toy Story.

    Hey, Jenna! Welcome to planDisney!

How exciting that you're bringing your little princess to The Most Magical Place on Earth to celebrate her royal birthday. I know she'll have a "practically perfect" time. Magic Kingdom Park is my favorite theme park for little ones so you're making a good decision to spend a day there. Not only does it have the most rides that don't have a height restriction, but there are ample opportunities for your daughter to see Disney Princesses. Take her to say hello to Princess Tiana and a visiting Disney Princess at Princess Royal Hall. You can then find a viewing spot to watch the Disney Princesses promenade through the park in the Festival of Fantasy Parade. If she wanted to become part of Ariel's world, she could ride Under the Sea ~ Journey of The Little Mermaid and then meet Ariel at her grotto.

If you have to choose between EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios for your 3-year-old, I would definitely go with EPCOT. She will absolutely love the Frozen Ever After attraction. She'll truly feel like she's been whisked off to Arendale. You can then take her to meet Anna and Elsa at their Royal Sommerhus. You should also take her to Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana. This interactive trail is especially fun at night, but it's also great in the daytime. I'm confident your daughter will never want to leave! EPCOT also has many fun things for kids, like The Seas with Nemo & Friends and Living with the Land. There are also places along World Showcase where you can meet Disney Princess, such as Show White in Germany, Mulan in China, and Belle and Aurora in France. Oh, and by the time you arrive, you'll be able to experience EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. This wonderful festival has loads of fun and interactive things for young kids to do.

I hope that's helpful, Jenna. Have a wonderful time!
