Seja bem-vinda ao planDisney, Milena!
Thank you for sending your question our way. It is a pleasure to help a fellow Brazilian plan a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
You must be excited to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth this August. Your 60-day window to
make dining reservations and book
Enchanting Extras Collection experiences has already opened or will be opening soon. Be sure to make all your reservations and add even more pixie dust to your visit.
I am sorry to hear you have accidentally assigned theme parks tickets to a Disney account your mother no longer uses. That has already happened to me, so I know how upsetting it can be. Whenever you assign theme park admission to a Guest, the ticket belongs to that person, and they are the only ones who can reassign the ticket to another Guest. Your mother must
sign in to her old account and reassign the tickets to her new account, your account, or your father's account. Once you have access to the tickets again, you will be able to assign them to the Disney account your mom uses today.
If your mother does not remember the account details, she can try signing in online and selecting "Need help signing in?" to try to retrieve her account details. If she still cannot sign in to her old account, I recommend calling our friends at
My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+ for assistance. They will do their best to locate her account and help you reassign the tickets to the Disney account she now uses.
I hope this information is helpful, Milena. Stop by
planDisney in Portuguese next time you visit us. It will be a pleasure to assist you in our beautiful language.
Saudações mágicas,
Thiana
