    My family is planning a trip in Dec. 2010. We have never camped at Fort Wilderness, but plan on it this trip. Do the premium sites book up quickly? Just trying to figure out when to book our vacation.

    If you're planning on coming in December, a popular time due to the holidays and snow-birds, you need to book now...

    We've found that the full hookups book faster than the preferred or premium sites as there are fewer of them in comparison, but when it comes to visiting near the holidays, you will find families paying for premium just to get a site, even if they are pulling a pop-up!  If you don't want to be disappointed, don't wait.
