My family and I are planning to train for a runDisney event, I found what the pace is for the running events, but I didn't see what pace one needs to keep for the walking, could you tell me what that is?

Hi Rebecca!  That is great that your family is planning to do this!  RunDisney races are the perfect race for all different levels.

There is a 16-minute/mile pace for the entire race.  This is for runners and walkers.  A big percentage of participants actually combine the two and do a run/walk/run in intervals.  This is the race method that was made popular by runDisney's official trainer, Jeff Galloway.  He even has training programs for every Disney race.

Please let me know if you or your family members have any other questions as you prepare!!
