My family is planning on taking a cruise in May 2017. We were looking into the nursery on the Disney Dream for our two kids. Is there a minimum amount of time you have to leave them in there or can you drop them off for an hour and then pick them up?

    Ahoy Douglas –

Hello and thank you for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We are so excited to hear about your cruise on the Disney Dream! Get ready to experience world class service and luxury on the Dream with fabulous dining options, first run movies in the theaters, and Broadway style shows every night. And while you and your pirate princess enjoy these things, your young sea pups will love It’s a Small World Nursery. There is a nominal hourly fee to leave your pirate children in the Nursery. The Nursery is for sea pups aged 6 months to 3 years. My sea pup loved his time in the nursery with the Youth Counselors so much, that even when he was potty-trained at age 3, we let him stay there until he turned 4. Reservations are highly recommended in order to get your desired time slots, and you can reserve a minimum of a 2-hour block at a time (there are no 1-hour slots). When reserving online, guests may be limited in the number of hours they can reserve, but once onboard, pirate families can increase the number of reserved hours subject to availability. Douglas, please feel free to use the nursery as little or as much as you would like, and we hope to see you again real soon!
