Our family is planning to stay at Disney a few days mid January. Can we sign in and leave our luggage at the resort hotel and then enter the park in the morning ? I know that check out times vary but we would like to park one time.

    Hi D,

Mid January is a great time to visit Walt Disney World. With the exception of Martin Luther King Day weekend, the crowds are fairly light. Even if Florida is chilly, it's still usually much warmer than up north.

You can certainly leave your bags with bell services at the resort hotel. They'll even take them to your room if you're still at the parks past check in time. It's nice to come back to the resort and have your bags waiting for you.

Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
