Hi, My family and I are planning our second trip to Disney in 2010. We are looking for minimal crowds (like everyone). I heard Feb. was a great time to visit but to look out for Presidents day because FL schools are out that whole week? Please help! AMY

Hi Amy - Yes, February is a pretty good time to visit if crowds are a concern.    As for President's Day crowds, you may find a slight bump in crowds compared to the rest of the month.   However, compared to many other holiday weekends, when I visited a few years ago I did not find the crowds to be an issue.

As for whether schools are out, I can only judge based upon Florida's schedule for February 2009.   My children, while having the Monday off, are scheduled to be back to school on Tuesday (do not have the whole week).    Their extended break doesn't occur until later in 2009.

So if President's week is most convenient for your family, I wouldn't be overly concerned about traveling that week.   Hope this helps!
