My family and I are planning to go to Disney for the Christmas Celebration. We have the option of the week before Thanksgiving, the week after, or in the Middle of December. Would we be missing out on any of the Christmas celebration if we went in Nov?

    Hello, Lisa,

Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I adore visiting Walt Disney World during the holidays as there are so many incredible decorations throughout the theme parks and resorts and so many fun holiday things to do, too. Last year, the first Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party was on November 7, 2016; however, the Candlelight Processional didn't start until November 25, 2016, and the holiday gingerbread decorations weren't available until November 23, 2016. It is likely that in 2017 history will repeat itself with similar dates, so that may help you to know when best to visit to take advantage of all the Christmas celebrations.

As you continue to plan your trip, please let us know if you have any further questions.  Wishing you a magical trip!  -Kara
