Hi! Our family is planning to go to Animal Kingdom and would like to try the Animation Station. Once we complete our drawings, is there a container given so that we can store our art without it getting damaged while we tour the park?

    Jambo Kathryn! Welcome to planDisney.

Get ready for a wild time at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. My favorite Walt Disney World Resort theme park is a perfect fall visit. On cooler mornings, I find the animals on Kilimanjaro Safaris are active. You may even catch the male lion letting out his morning roar, claiming his "King of the Park" status. Check out this Disney Parks Blog to learn all about the park's pride.

I love that your family plans to board the Wildlife Express Train to Rafaki's Planet Watch. You will head to the Conservation Station to enjoy The Animation Experience. This 25-minute class will be guided by Disney animators to bring out your inner artist. All levels of artistic abilities are welcomed. You will be provided with sketch pencils and artist paper, but not a sleeve or container for your final creation. In the past, I have packed a folder in my park bag to save my artist husband's drawings for safekeeping to bring home.

Do not miss seeing the sky fill with colorful parrots during Winged Encounters - The Kingdom Takes Flight. This entertaining and educational animal experience takes place six times a day on a quarter past the hour in front of the Tree of Life.

    Keeping it Magical,
    Cindy
