Our family is planning to see the Fantasmic! show in Hollywood Studios at the end of January but are unsure if it is worth it to purchase a VIP Dining Package in order to avoid a long wait for the show. Is the Fantasmic! show crowded at that time?

Hello and welcome to the Moms Panel!

Historically, crowd attendance levels for the end of January fall under the "low" category.  The crowds tend to begin picking up days prior to President's Week in February.  Of course, numbers can change
year-after-year, but this seems to be the trend.  Personally, I love the Fantasmic! Dining Package.  Not only do I get to enjoy a most delicious meal, but there is no time wasted by waiting in line.  You will be given a time to report to the outdoor theatre.  Its almost as if someone is holding your spot in line for you as you enjoy all that Hollywood Studios has to offer.  When you arrive at the theatre, you will enter quickly and be shown your reserved area which is up front and center.  It really is a great package!
