My family is planning a family trip/honeymoon next Christmas/New Year's. Can anyone tell me if there is a Princess makeover or other like activity for my 7 yr old daughter and I to do together?

    Hello Gina!

Congratulations on your upcoming visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth--it sounds like such a swell time! My little girl is only 2, but I am already planning mommy-daughter moments.  It is wonderful to hear you would like to plan a little something special for you and your 7-year-old.

There are a couple of options I highly suggest.  The first is a swashbuckling great time at The Pirates League in Magic Kingdom Park.  Don't be fooled by the name, this adventure is fit for princesses as well, and you and your daughter will be able to choose from the Empress Package or the Mermaid Package for your royal makeovers.  Shimmering makeup, painted nails, fancy hairstyles, jewels and more will add a little adventure to your time together. If a serene spa filled with pampering is more of your idea of fun, you can book magical manicures or princess pedicures at one of the spa locations on property.  I suggest Senses - A Disney Spa at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort for the extra bit of royal ambiance.

I hope this gives you an idea for a couple of ways to spend the day.  There are also practically perfect tea parties and even more things you could experience together. If there is anything else I may assist you with, Gina, please let me know.

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
