My family are planning on going to DW in April. The two place that we are looking at staying to New Orleans. I have a 6 yr old will us. Which one is the best to stay in?

Hi, Johnna!   I am not sure I am completely understanding your question, but I think you are deciding between Port Orleans Riverside and Port Orleans French Quarter.   Hopefully this is the information you are looking for!

Between these 2 great resorts, I personally prefer French Quarter.  It is a much smaller resort and easy to get around.   Everything is within easy walking distance, and I like that there is just one bus stop.   I like to book a standard room and request to be close to transportation (which also puts you closer to the food court and lobby.)

Both resorts offer great pool areas, boat access to Downtown Disney, and you can actually walk between the 2 resorts on a lovely path along the Sassagoula River.   Whichever you decide, I hope you have a fantastic vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
