My family is planning a Disney World trip for 2018 and it will be a large group with two rooms. Can I book them together and pay everything as one package or will it have to be two separate accounts?

Hi Tifney! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We just love helping Guests like yourself plan magical vacations to Walt Disney World Resort! How exciting to be visiting with a large group!

You can absolutely book multiple rooms, however, each will require a separate deposit fee. You can either do this online or by calling a Disney Reservation Specialist. Once you have made your reservation, you can ask a Cast Member to add a note on your file that you would like your rooms to be located near one another. Although these are generally just requests and not guarantees, I have always had great luck! Seeing as though you will most likely be calling to add your request, I would just call to make the Disney Resort hotel reservation at the same time.

As you know, it’s never too early to start planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I suggest deciding which Disney Restaurants you will be dining at with your group and you can make your Advanced Dining Reservations up to 180 days in advance!

Have a great time planning and remember to visit us again soon!
