    My family is planning a Disney trip in November. I have made reservations (4 families/4 rooms) at The Yacht Club, and now when viewing my reservations I see most of my family listed as "infants." This is not correct. How to fix?

    Good job making the initial plan for your group to travel together; that will be so much fun! Glitches can happen at any time, even with My Disney Experience. I have had my share of glitches, but it was never a long-term issue.

    The good news is that I think this will be an easy fix with a quick call to Disney Resort Hotel at (407) 939-1936. Before you call, please double-check that the issue is the same using the My Disney Experience mobile app or the website itself via your computer. I know there are times that I can see the “real deal” in one location and something slightly different in the other and each time the issue resolved itself. If this does not work, give Disney Resort Hotel Reservations a call. A cast member will be able to assist you with ensuring that everyone and their rightful ages are included. In addition, check your theme park tickets and ensure that the adults got adult tickets and the children got children tickets.
