Hello! Our family is planning a Disney trip early next year. We want to make our dining reservations ASAP. We will have an 18 month old with us. Do we count her when making the reservations? Thanks!

    Hi Christy,

I like how you think!  I'm a big fan of making advance dining reservations as soon as possible.  Remember, you can call (407) WDW-DINE 180 days in advance of your visit to make those reservations.  The most popular restaurants fill up quickly so I highly encourage you to make those reservations as soon as you can.

When you make your dining reservations, do include your 18 month old in your tally.  Mention to the Cast Member assisting you that your child is only 18 months old.  At this stage of the game, they are just trying to figure out how big of a table to reserve for your family.  For instance, if you are a family of three, you don't want to be placed at a tiny table for two when you'll also need space for your child to sit.

Let us know if you need any restaurant suggestions.  We just love Disney dining questions!

Best wishes for a vacation sprinkled with extra pixie dust!
