Our family is planning a Disney cruise in Oct. We purchased DCL ground transfers, but my kids think it would be fun to take a limo from the airport to the Port Canaveral. Ground transfers make baggage handling so easy, how does this work with a private car?

    Hi Kim!

I like your kids...they have style!  You wouldn't have to twist my arm to arrive at the Disney Cruise Line terminal in a limo.

Baggage handling would be very simple.  It would be very much the same as arriving at an airport.  Your limo driver would wait for you inside the airport, your luggage would be loaded into the limo, and your driver would take you straight to the terminal.  You will save a lot of time because you won't be waiting on all the other Guests who are also traveling to the port.  Your driver would simply drop you off in front of the port where there will be staff waiting to check your baggage for you.  Once they tag your luggage (it's really quick) you are free to check in and get onboard!  The baggage handlers will deliver your bags straight to your stateroom.  It's all very convenient!

Please let me know if you have any other questions.  Bon voyage Kim!
