my family and i are planning a 7day land and sea cruise. I have 2 children who will be 18 and 20 at the time of the trip. I am wondering what there is for them to do.

Single, young adults will find plenty of activities aboard the Disney Wonder. Impressively, the family, kid and adult areas are nicely separated from each other.

There is a Singles Mingle, dance parties and sporting activities. Diversions may offer adult time to play Wii games. The Wide World of Sports Deck has hoops and volleyball. Look for activities such as 3-on-3 basketball.

The free Fitness Center has a panoramic view and the spa beckons with stress-reducing massages.

The Internet Cafe is open 24 hours. See your Personal Navigator for current fees.

The Cove Cafe is the place to unwind with a specialty coffee. The Quiet Cove pool is an adult only escape that sometimes offers games with prizes and music by request. There are two wonderful whirlpools.

After 9 p.m., Route 66 becomes an adult only district. Wave Bands has dancing and planned events such as karaoke. Relax in the Cadillac Lounge or hang out in Diversions, the pub and sports bar.

After all the fun, late night snacks can be found at Goofy's Galley, Pinocchio's Pizzeria, Promenade Lounge, Route 66 and from room service. Relaxing with some snacks while watching an In Room movie can be rejuvenating for all ages. And are you really ever too old to order a Mickey ice cream bar?

The deck parties, shows and movies are excellent, high-quality entertainment.

Castaway Cay will offer a full day's worth of entertainment from catching up on some sleep (try Deck 7 Aft while onboard) as you are lulled by the ocean breeze to volleyball on the Sports Beach. Other activities that may be offered are a 5K run and a Basketball Free-Throw Challenge. Excursions such as snorkeling, bottom fishing, kayaking, parasailing and biking will keep any adult busy.
