Hi, Nikky!
One of my favorite parts of a Disney Cruise Line vacation is having access to the fantastic childcare services on the ship. My kids are teenagers now, but we've been cruising since they were tiny. On our first cruise, our youngest daughter had just turned two. We were thrilled to know that Disney Cruise Line offered nursery services that we could reserve, so that we could enjoy some adult time onboard.
"it's a small world" nursery! is a magical space where little cruisers ages 6 months to 3 years old can nap, play games and participate in other fun activities, all under the watchful eyes of highly-trained Youth Counselors. Our daughter had so much fun in the nursery, and we felt comfortable and safe leaving her in their care. Space is limited, so it's best to reserve nursery hours
when your advance reservation window opens for Onboard Activities. Advance reservation windows become available based on your Castaway Club level:
- Up to 120 days ahead for Concierge and Platinum Castaway Club Guests
- Up to 105 days ahead for Gold Castaway Club Guests
- Up to 90 days ahead for Silver Castaway Club Guests
- Up to 75 days ahead for all other Guests
At this time, nursery time is available at $9.00 per hour for the first child, and $8.00 per hour for additional children in your family.
If, for some reason, you're unable to secure the nursery time you'd like online, you'll have an opportunity to make reservations on a first-come, first-served basis on embarkation day, and throughout your cruise.
I hope this helps! Have a magical day! - Diane W.
