Hello, my family and I are planning a big celebration visit to Disneyland in July. Is there a way to get a group rate since there are 13 of us planning on going? I know I can't just order all of them at once through the Disneyland website. Thank you!

    Hi Grace!

Thanks for visiting planDisney! I am so excited for your big family vacation! “The Happiest Place on Earth” is extra special when you are surrounded by the people you love.  Currently, Disneyland Resort does not offer group rates on tickets for large groups. This type of offer is typically reserved for special programs or events. If you are looking for savings, you might have a better deal just around the riverbend. Right now, Disneyland Resort is offering a  discount for hotel stays that align with your vacation time! I have stayed at all three Disneyland Resort Hotels, and I have always had a fantastic time.

When it comes to purchasing your tickets, you can buy them in batches online or through the Disneyland app. I spoke to a friendly Cast Member and they let me know that you can purchase up to 10 tickets daily, with a maximum of 15 tickets. If you want to purchase your tickets all at once, you can call for ticket services and they can help you out. Keep an eye out for any future discounts Disney might have ticket.

Your family is coming at an amazing time of the year. Hopefully you will be able to celebrate the Fourth of July in the parks; Disneyland pulls out all the stops to celebrate the country's independence. You will also be vacationing during Disneyland Resort’s 70th Celebration. Mickey and the gang have a lot of wonderful events planned to make this special occasion. Check out Disney Parks Blog for more details as we get closer to the celebration kick off on May 16.

I hope this was helpful advice, Grace. Planning for 13 people can be difficult no matter where you go, so don’t hesitate to ask more questions. I want to make sure you and your family have a magical time and can look back on your trip fondly for years to come. If you have any other questions, need additional help, or would love more advice, please feel free to write back to me or my fellow panelist, and we would be happy to help.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
