As family planner, the bigger our gathering gets, the more questions I have. At O'Hana breakfast, can some parties get turkey bacon or sausage instead of pork? What about "egg beaters" or some other substitute? At Hoop Dee Doo, baked or grilled c

    Hi Denise,

The Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Food & Beverage team is committed to offering a wide range of options to accommodate Guests. Each dining location may vary as to the different options they have for guests who aren't able to eat all of the items on the menu but they will work with you as best they can.  If they don't have exactly what you're looking for, they can work with you to find some suitable alternatives.

When you make your advanced dining reservations, be sure to tell them to note that you will have special dietary requests for some of the members of your party. Then at least 14 days prior to arrival and after booking all dining arrangements for the entire visit send an email to SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com. They will be happy to notify the appropriate restaurant Chefs and Managers of your upcoming visit. They will email you a "Guest Allergy - Dietary Request Form ". It will be necessary to complete the form in its entirety so that they can best assist you. Once you've completed the form, you can return it by email to specialdiets@disneyworld.com or by fax (they will provide you with the current fax #).

Make a note on the form that you'd like to speak with the Chef at the dining location prior to your visit. That way, the two of you can get your needs worked out so that when you arrive for your reservation you'll be all set.

When you arrive at your dining location, please tell the hostess that you have a special dietary request. They usually send a Chef to your table to confirm your requests prior to preparing the items. Be sure to check out the Special Dietary Requests section.

We're happy to assist you with any other questions that you have during the planning.  Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison
