    My family and I have planned a weeks stay at the BC Villas. We are arriving a day earlier and plan to stay one night at the Swan Hotel. Will they transfer my luggage over to the BC the next morning or do I have to transport the bags myself?

    Hi Tommy! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. No, don't worry you won't have to lug your bags from one resort to the next, bell services can help store and transfer your luggage.

    Since you'll only be at the Swan Hotel for one night, let them know your request when you check-in at the front desk. More than likely you'll be directed to bell services where they will walk you through the process. From 1pm - 3 pm is generally when the resorts do transfers.

    Bell services will provide you with a bag tag that you will give to the service desk when you arrive at Disney's Beach Club Villas. Be sure to complete your online check-in ahead of time, it makes arrival a breeze!
