Our family has planned 2 days in the park, to be used on a Friday and on a Sunday (reservations match). I know we can add another reservation day for the Saturday in between but can we add a 3rd ticket and would it be at the ‘3-day’ price or ‘1 day’ price?

Hey there, Hattie! Welcome to planDisney. It looks like you have a visit to Disneyland Resort quickly approaching and it sounds like you are so excited you want to add more fun to your visit. I support that!

If you are wanting to add on a third park day to your visit, it can certainly be done! The way it would be added will depend on the type of tickets you currently hold. Simply put, if you are going to purchase another ticket for the 3rd day, it would be at the 1-day ticket price since you are buying a 1-day ticket.

If you currently hold a 2-day ticket for those other two dates, you can purchase the 1-day ticket to add to your visit or you could upgrade your 2-day tickets to 3-day tickets. However, doing this would cancel the theme park reservations that you currently have. If the dates or parks you were planning to visit are booked for that day, I wouldn't recommend doing it that way or you could lose out on being able to get in the parks. I definitely recommend checking out the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar before upgrading.

If you have two 1-day tickets for each person, you would just need to purchase another 1-day ticket and make a reservation for that last day with that.

If you plan on upgrading, I would contact Ticket Services to double-check that that can be done with your tickets and what your options are to do so.

Hattie, we appreciate you stopping by! I hope your family has a wonderful time experiencing the holidays at Disneyland Resort. Be sure to plan enough time to enjoy Disney Festival of the Holidays over in Disney California Adventure Park! It's my family's favorite festival and there are lots of yummy treats to try!
