    My family and I are planing a vacation for September and can't decide between staying at the Contemporary or the Yacht Club. We would like to go boating one afternoon. Do both resorts have boat rentals and is there a way to reserve a boat?

    Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Yacht Club Resort are both fantastic locations to call home while vacationing at Walt Disney World® Resort. And when it comes to extra amenities like boat rentals, they both meet your criteria for this option. The best part is, you can always stay at one, and enjoy an afternoon of boating at the other! Giving you the opportunity to enjoy both resorts in different ways. 

    Disney's Contemporary Resort:
    Motorized boat rentals are available at Boat Nook Marina and include a whole fleet of choices. This resort also has the distinction of being located along the Monorail system, allowing easy access to all sorts of wonderful dining and entertainment options. And with Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party beginning September 1st, you'll not only be awed with Wishes Nighttime Spectacular, but with Happy Hallowishes on select nights. 

    *Please note the Monorail system will be under a modified operating schedule beginning September 1st, and will begin running each day from 8:30am-Midnight.

    Disney's Yacht Club Resort:
    This location is within walking distance to Epcot®, Hollywood Studios®  and all the fun and entertainment of Disney's BoardWalk Resort. Boat rentals at Bayside Marina offer you fun in the sun on Crescent Lake. Though a smaller option than Bay Lake, you'll still find the relaxed atmosphere of this seaside inspired resort to be a perfect location. Not to mention, Stormalong Bay is the best pool on property! This location is my favorite spot in all the "World!"
