MY family and I are planing a trip in march and we are thinking of doing the 12 month payment plans on a seasonal pass. If we do that and book our on site Disney hotel would we still be able to add on a Disney dining plan?

Hi Belinda! The answer is "yes". The Florida Seasonal Pass is basically a special Annual Pass for Florida residents with blackout days. Since you have a pass, you can indeed get the Disney Dining Plan if you stay in a Disney owned and operated hotel. It doesn't matter if you still owe monthly payments on it. I hope this helps! Write back if you have any more questions!
