My family of 11 plan on visiting WDW the week of Thanksgiving 2015. I know it is a busy time but which park in your opinion would be the least crowded on Thanksgiving Day? Thanks for your help:)

    Hello Karen

Walt Disney World is decorated in all its Holiday glory by the week of Thanksgiving and many of the special holiday events have premiered or will premier by the end of the week. Crowds will be on the increase at this time but with some planning you and your family will have a magical holiday stay.

Historically, because of the size of Epcot, it is typically the best park visit on days there will be more crowds. Its vast size allows the crowds to spread out and yet still enjoy the sites and attractions and with some FastPass+ reservations made, it will make for a great visit on Thanksgiving Day.

I, also, like to check, this is my go-to site when planning out my visit at Walt Disney World. This site takes past crowd levels and predicts the crowd "possibilities" at each park, a year in advance. At the moment its predictions do not go as far as Thanksgiving 2015 but if we look for this year; it predicts Magic Kingdom a 7 out of 10, Epcot a 6 out of 10, Disney's Hollywood Studios a 5 out of 10 and Disney's Animal Kingdom a 9 out of 10. The great thing about this site is you can put in your dates to be tracked and they will notify you if the crowd level changes.

Enjoy planning your upcoming Holiday stay at Walt Disney World and continue to visit us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel for any further pixie dusted assistance.
