Hi There! My family and I plan on buying gift cards to help us save for our trip. If we use the gift cards to pay for food at dining locations will i still get 10% off even if I don't use my Disney Premier Visa Card to pay? Thanks!

Hello, Brielle!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

I simply love using Disney Gift Cards as a way of staying on budget while on a Disney vacation. Trust me, one can get very excited while visiting each of the Disney Theme Parks.  I give each of my boys a gift card at the start of every vacation in order for them to purchase souvenirs.  Once the balance reads zero, the shopping sprees come to a complete stop.  Well, unless I am feeling generous at that moment.

You will need to make your purchases directly from your Disney Premier Card in order to receive your 10% discount.  However, I would not hesitate to ask your Cast Member if you can still receive your discount without using your card. There are always changes going on daily and you just may be in luck, but be prepared to hand it over for your discount.
