We are a family of 6. I have 5 passes bought and park reservations made. Do I need to make a reservation for the 6th person, who is a 2 year old child?

    Welcome to planDisney, Nicole!

How wonderful to be able to take your little Mouseketeer to The Most Magical Place on Earth. If you're anything like me, watching your little one experience the magic will cause your joy to soar to infinity and beyond.

Make sure you become familiar with the Baby Care Centers in each of the theme parks, Nicole. These are really convenient places to change diapers, feed a hungry child, or even just take a break from all the noise and stimulation.

Mouseketeers under the age of 3 are considered "Guests of Mickey" and, therefore, don't need a theme park ticket. That also means that they don't require a theme park reservation. If you purchase Disney Genie+, your child can come on the attractions with you too (as long as they meet any height requirements, of course). The only thing to be aware of is dining reservations. You will want to include your child on any reservations so that the Cast Members can make sure you have a big enough table. So make dining reservations for 6 people, not 5.

Nicole, there is so much for your little one to do at Walt Disney World. My favorite park for kiddos is Magic Kingdom Park. There are so many kid-friendly attractions, like "it's a small world," Prince Charming Regal Carrousel, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Jungle Cruise, Under the Sea ~ Journey of The Little Mermaid, and Peter Pan's Flight. There's also the Festival of Fantasy Parade, and, of course, Cinderella Castle.

The other theme parks are great for kids too. EPCOT is my second favorite park for kids, with attractions such as Frozen Ever After, Journey Into Imagination With Figment, and The Seas With Nemo & Friends. If your child would enjoy exploring the wilderness of Disney's Animal Kingdom, there is Kilimanjaro Safaris, Festival of the Lion King, and Finding Nemo: The Big Blue... and Beyond. There is less for little kids to do at Disney's Hollywood Studios. However, my little ones loved Lightning McQueen's Racing Academy and Disney Junior Play and Dance!

I hope that's helpful, Nicole. Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney!
