Given what you have described, I would double-check your tickets if you have not done so already. Assuming they are valid for the dates you are trying to book and the length of time, you will have to
contact a Cast Member in Website Support. If you purchased separate tickets, be sure that they are all
linked and assigned correctly in
My Disney Experience. If you have to call, I am so sorry! I know the wait times can be lengthy.
Twice in the past I have experienced difficulty making a
Disney Park Pass system reservation. On both occasions, I had to contact a Cast Member who was able to make the park pass reservations for me. To this day, I am not sure why the system would not allow me to make the reservations!
Martha, given that park pass availability is limited and can change any day, I suggest that you call as soon as possible. Also keep an eye on the
theme park reservation availability calendar. Once you have those park pass reservations all confirmed, remember to continue planning. Consider making a few
advanced dining reservations and booking an experience from the
Enchanting Extras Collection.
