Minnie on Alaskan Cruise

    We are a family of 3. We parents have a Palo reservation at 6pm on the Magic. Since our 7-year-old daughter cannot join us, what would you suggest we do to ensure she eats dinner and has childcare?

    I am so happy to hear you have a dining reservation at Palo. The food and service are second to none, and the views will be amazing from Deck 10 as you sail through Alaska. This will truly be a night to remember!

    Even though your little one cannot join you at Palo, she is going to feast like royalty with several options for dinner. Stop by the Duck-in Diner on Deck 9 where she can select chicken tenders, hot dogs, or other kid-friendly options. If it has been a long day, maybe dining in sounds good! Room Service is complimentary for most items so call for a delivery to your room. Your daughter can turn on a favorite Disney movie on your stateroom TV and enjoy her dinner while the grown-ups get ready for their night out! As it nears your dining reservation time, your daughter can be dropped off at Disney's Oceaneer Club for a night out with her fellow sailors ages 3-10. I don't know who is going to enjoy their night more, but it sounds like everyone is in for a perfect Disney Cruise evening! 

    If your daughter is having fun at the Oceaneer Club and stays past your dinner, you and your partner can enjoy some of the adult fun aboard the Disney Magic. Check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App for live music, lounges, trivia, or 18+ game shows that you might enjoy. There is truly something going on for guests of all ages so have some at-sea fun!
