    My family (my parents, myself my husband and son) is planning a trip in Oct or Nov 2008. One thing that everyone is interested in is Shark Reef at Typhoon Lagoon. Is this attraction open in these months? How can I find out before we book our trip? Thanks!

    Hi, we swam at the Shark Reef when we were there last October.  I checked www.waltdisneyworld.com and then hit the parks tab, scrolled to Typhoon Lagoon, and then clicked on Operational Closings, to be sure it wasn't going to be closed for refurbishment.  Operational closings happen each year at different attractions, and the dates and times vary, so the best way to find up to date information is to check the website.  I hope you have a fabulous trip!!!
