That’s great to plan ahead by getting your Disneyland Resort
theme park tickets set up in the
Disneyland app. Adjustments to tickets that have already been scanned into the mobile app might be possible by calling
Disneyland Resort Technical Support at (714) 520-6222. The ticket nicknames indicated in the app are available for your convenience when using
Disney MaxPass service. While it is easier if those ticket nicknames match the actual person using each ticket, it is not required that they all match up. But I’d still recommend giving those magical tech support Cast Members a call to see what they can do to sort things out for you.
Besides selecting
Disney FASTPASS return times with Disney MaxPass, another great convenience of the Disneyland app is
Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering. I love how we can place an order while waiting in line for an attraction, taking our time as we look over the menu. Then, when we arrive at the
Mobile Order dining location, we skip the line and simply tap the “I’m Here, Prepare My Order” button in the app to have our food freshly prepared for us.
